Backup and Recovery

Continuous Data Protection

NetOut provides real-time continuous protection of your data.  As files change, the changed portion of the file is immediately backed up to our secure offsite data center.  Since only block-level changes are transferred, there is no backup window – data is being protected continuously throughout the day.

Snapshot Management

Snapshots provide versioning and enables recovery of files from multiple points in time.  Snapshot policies can specify when snapshots are taken and how long they are retained.

Web-based File Retrieval

System administrators or end-users are able to retrieve files using a simple, web interface.  There is no need to locate and load a backup tape. Files are instantly located and retrieved.  In addition, NetOut professionals are available 24x7 to assist with file restoration.

Continuous Management Service

NetOut professionals manage software and hardware over the entire infrastructure. This includes 24x7 monitoring of your backups.  A backup storage plan and control policies are tailored to each customer's unique needs.

Data Centers

Data centers provide the mission-critical environment necessary to keep our servers up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, maintaining highly reliable access to customer data.

Security

NetOut owns and manages all hardware, software and networking technology. In order to protect our customers’ confidential data, we have built multiple layers of security into our enterprise.  NetOut's firewall provides complete network protection by integrating application-level proxies and packet filtering into a unique perimeter security architecture. Data inspection technology ensures that the data entering and leaving our network is validated at all levels. Connections are encrypted to ensure privacy and authenticated to ensure integrity.

Regulation Compliance

Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) provides a set of regulations relating to the retention of relevant financial records.  NetOut’s managed backup services help organizations address these regulations.
